Today I got up at 6 in the morning to go running ! (my program – yaay). Pretty proud of my self, since I’m not big on the whole ‘getting-up-early’-thing.
But I did it ! And it was great.
And then, this evening I went bouldering in our local club with a friend.
Wow it sure is a loooong time since I’ve been climbing, so my skin is not thick and I have no muscle , what so ever (damn vacation and stressful examins)
Well I’m happy and feel good, even though my hands and feet hurt. I have allways wanted to boulder, and I think I have finally reached a point where I might have the time. So hopefully I will be able to visit the club (if not only short visits) for 2-3 times a week.
